UX Design for Rickshaw Taxi Online Booking Form

Project Goal

Redesign and implement a simple, intuitive booking form for Rickshaw’s taxi service aimed at streamlining the booking process for users.

Design Process

The previous booking form was cluttered and difficult to navigate, leading to user frustration. I redesigned the form to simplify the user experience by minimising the number of steps and making the interface intuitive and clean. The integration of Google Maps allowed users to easily select pick-up and drop-off locations, reducing input errors and enhancing the accuracy of bookings. The streamlined design focused on efficiency, ensuring that users could complete their bookings quickly and without confusion.

Outcome

The redesigned booking form, with a modern interface and Google Maps integration, significantly improved user experience, reduced booking time, and led to a higher completion rate for bookings. The updated form made the service more user-friendly and accessible.
