Overview

LeadByte, a lead management software based in the UK, needed a website that could effectively showcase their sophisticated lead generation, processing, and customer engagement tools. The goal was to create a streamlined, responsive site that catered to both marketing agencies and smaller businesses, while clearly communicating the value of their real-time lead management solutions.

Challenges

The main challenge was presenting complex lead management features in an easy-to-understand way for both technical and non-technical users. It was also essential to balance the needs of small businesses with those of large-scale marketing agencies, and ensure the website was fully optimized for mobile devices.

Design Process

I worked closely with the LeadByte team to identify user needs and requirements, and then created wireframes and prototypes focused on intuitive navigation and data visualization. Custom illustrations and infographics were developed to highlight key features, simplifying complex concepts for a broad audience. The final design was clean and modern, with custom illustrations and interactive elements that made the user experience more engaging and accessible.

Outcome

The website redesign led to higher user engagement, improved mobile performance, and an increase in inquiries from both small businesses and marketing agencies. The responsive design and clear feature highlighting helped LeadByte solidify its market position.
